Every July we spend the month in Koh Samui, Thailand teaching our Fit Flow Fly 200 hour training. We meet new people, learn about their paths and bodies, and get the wonderful opportunity of being a part of their Yogic Journey. This year's group of yogis are all so open and passionate, talented and compassionate that our jobs are easy. This Yogi @alikathrine has done so much more than hold me up! Ali and I have been friends for a few years now and she is always inspiring me to follow my dreams. Not just through her words but also through her actions. We haven't taken a REAL vacation in almost 3 years. Although we missed teaching while driving past the variety of Yoga studios here in Maui, it was a real treat to just be in the water with the kids all day.
