กราบเรียนท่านประธานที่เคารพ ดิฉัน นางสาว ชลลดา เมฆราตรี ขอยื่นข้อเสนอของอาชีพประชาชนที่ยากจน ว่าเราควรแก้ปัญหาที่ต้นนำ้ คือหาอาชีพเสริมให้พวกท่านเหล่านั้น การเปิดฟาร์มสุนัข หรือ อนุญาตให้ล่าเพื่อค้าขาย เป็นการแก้ปัญหาไม่ตรงจุด ในเมื่อเราเรียกร้องให้มีพรบคุ้มครองสัตว์และป้องกันการทารุณกรรมเกิดขึ้น แล้วใยเล่าจะมาทำให้เป็นเรื่องถูกกฎหมาย ประชาชนชาวเหนือที่ยากไร้ โดยเฉพาะชาวเขา ท่านรัฐบาลยุคก่อนยังสร้างอาชีพการปลูกผลไม้ หรือ ดอกไม้เมืองหนาวแทนการปลูกฝิ่น สำเร็จมาแล้วเลย ทำไมเราจะสร้างงานให้ชาวบ้านที่ไม่มีอาชีพทำกินในภาคอีสานได้อีกครั้งหละคะ ถึงเก๋จะมาเป็นจิตอาสาและประธานโครงการ #เสียงจากเรา ไม่ถึงปีแต่ก็มีโอกาสลงพื้นที่มาก็หลายครั้งไมาว่าจะเป็น สกลนคร อุบลราชธานี นครพนมได้มีโอกาสใกล้ชิดพูดคุย เค้าไม่ได้อยากไล่จับสุนัขไปขายนะคะ เค้ายากจนข้นแค้น ไม่มีทางเลือก ไม่มีอาชีพ แล้วอีกอย่าความเชื่อเรื่องการกินสุนัขเป็นยา. มันแทบจะหมดไปแล้วค่ะ บ้านเราเป็นเมืองร้อน เนื้อสุนัขมันทานแล้วร้อนค่ะ มันเหมาะกับวัฒนธรรมประเทศเขตหนาว เนื้อสุนัขไม่ใช่ความนิยมค่ะ ส่วนน้อยที่ยังทานกันเพราะไม่มีทางเลือก เพราะความขัดสนค่ะ ท่านค่ะในฐานะที่ดิฉันเป็นโฆษกของคณะกรรมธิการพรบคุุ้มครองและป้องกันการทารุณกรรมสัตว์ เราต้องแก่ปัญหาความยากจน ยากไร้ โดยการ'สร้างงาน'ค่ะ!! เก๋ถึงบอกพรบนี้ไม่ได้เกี่ยวแต่กับสัตว์นะคะ มันคือปัญหาปากท้องของประชาชนตาดำๆด้วยค่ะท่านประธาน #วาระการประชุมที่1 #18/10/12 ณ #ห้องประชุม #อาคารรัฐสภา @nochph @apattara Instagram ดารา @kaechollada 0
