Simple food, simple pleasure. Roasted Bell Pepper soup, freshly made pita bread that can be dipped into hummus and sun dried tomatoes. It's clean. It's lean and pack full of proteins. I'm challenging myself to stay off sugar and process junk and enjoying real food. Already lost a lot of fat staying off sugar.; -
Grilled tuna salad with sweet pumpkin dressing and tangy wasabi dressing. If the salad is fresh and the sauce is well blended, then I'm happy...It's all in the sauce. #i️salad; -
I'm but a small girl in a Big World. And the world still fills me with awe.; -

I get by with a little help from my friends... On the second day of David Swenson's workshop. #loveyoga; -
David Swenson (he'll be 59 this August and have been practicing for 40+ years) came to Bangkok for a weekend workshop. He always create a fun and easy class. Take this simple jump through, he's building our confidence with baby step until we can eventually do a handstand. And I was reminded that the most important thing about yoga is to enjoy it. #loveyoga; -
My last day in Berlin and the cold wind blow until my fingers goes numb. Today is Songran in Thailand, I know I'm heading back to my hot humid home, but I don't mind. Because the point of travel is to make one long for home again.; -
Met an angel with braided platinum hair planting flowers and trees around Potsdam Square. Not because someone hired her, because you cannot hire her passion. She moved to Luisen Platz two years ago with her German husband and saw the wind blowing the sand and lifeless town center. She grew bright flowers on her own and found local corporation to sponsor the soil and plants Smart and cheerful, she grew up in NY and San Fran with a degree in architecture. She has 5 children who are grown adults who are also into architecture, design and dance. She's 62 years young and my role model. Energetic, driven, smart and compassionate, I saw all of this when I walked up to her and complimented her garden. (My personal thing, always compliment passionate gardeners,street musicians and artists ). If you're ever in Potsdam, say hi and have a chat with this beautiful soul, her name is Eleanora Terrelonge Griffith de Franke. Her mom, who came from Costa Rica, worked as a personal assistant for Eleanor Roosevelt for 20 years, and name her after the smart and strong First Lady. Just call her Ellie and soak up her bright energy. I found a new friend, and that's been the best part of my trip to Europe.; -
Sometimes it's good to drink a cold glass of draft beer. Cheers.;

Best meal on this trip was the rocket, mandarin orange, plum, pistachio, goat cheese and cheddar toss in a Japanese dressing salad I threw together. Love the fact that rocket, cheese and wine is so so inexpensive compared to Thailand, I had to eat my fill.; -
