Spring-Summer 2015 makeup collections are just sooooooo pretty. This week I will be updating some of my new favorite collections from many brands. Starting with Nars Dual-Intensity Blush. After coming out with the popular Dual-Intensity Eyeshadows last year, Nars take the super smooth, super pigmented, super blendable formula to blush: 12 shades in total. My recent no-makeup-makeup kit. Here's how you can achieve the look. 1. Switch up your full coverage foundation with an oil-controlling bb cream or tinted moisturizer. Embrace the imperfections by not covering up too much. My choice: Garnier BB Cream for combination to oily skin. 2. If you really need some concealing, opt for a high coverage concealer so you don't have to apply too much to get the coverage you need. My choice: Clinique Airbrush concealer/M.A.C. Studio Finish Concealer 3. Add a bit of cream-to-powder blush and blend. Cream blush looks more natural. It gives a bit of a glow and mimic the natural flush way better than powder blush does. My choice: Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Blusher 3. Set your face with a little bit of translucent powder. It's important to use the powder only in the area that needs extra oil-controlling to avoid looking too made up. My Choice: Neutrogena Shine Control Powder 4. Fill in your brows lightly and set them with a brow gel. My choice: Kiko Precision Eyebrow pencil and Benefit Gimme Brow 5. Tight line your eyes with waterproof liner to define your eyes and lash lines. Apply mascara only on the roots of your lashes. My choice: Benefit They're real Push-up Liner/L'oreal Lash Architech 4D mascara 6. Avoid lipsticks. Instead, apply lip balm or clear lipgloss for a fresh face look. My choice: Maybelline Baby Lips ; -

Getting my lazy butt back to my workout routine after a month of traveling isn't easy but I'm gonna push through till I get to where I wanna be. เอามาลงนี่ไม่ได้จะแอ๊บว่าหุ่นดีอะไร ยังอีกไกลมากกว่าจะไปถึงรูปร่างที่ตัวเองอยากได้ แต่ลงเพราะอยากจะให้กำลังใจคนที่กำลังพยายามฟิตเพื่อสุขภาพและรูปร่างที่ดีขึ้นของตัวเองอยู่เหมือนๆกันนะคะ ถ้าคุณทุ่มเทกับมันจริงๆ รูปร่างที่คุณต้องการมันไม่ไกลเกินเอื้อมหรอกค่ะ แค่คุณต้องจำไว้ว่า คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นคนผอมในแบบที่คนอื่นอยากให้คุณเป็น อย่าเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับคนที่มีโครงสร้างร่างกายต่างกับคุณโดยสิ้นเชิง โมเมเองเป็นคนที่มีไหล่และสะโพกใหญ่ จะให้ผอมแขนเล็กขาเล็กเป็นนางแบบมันก็เป็นไปไม่ได้ เพราะฉะนั้นเป้าหมายของเราจึงไม่ใช่การพยายามให้ผอมแบบนั้น แต่เป็นการออกกำลังกายเพื่อเพิ่มมวลกล้ามเนื้อ ให้ตัวกระชับ ไม่ย้วยไปตามกาลเวลา และให้รูปร่างสมส่วนขึ้น หวังว่าคงจะช่วยเป็นกำลังใจให้คนที่พยายามเหมือนๆกันอยู่นะคะ ;
