I learned a long time ago, when I use to blame everyone else for my problems, that I am responsible for everything that happens in my life. The moment I realized that, things started to change for the better. I stopped hurting the people around me, stopped looking for fault in others, and finally began to work on myself. It will always be a work in progress but I wake up each morning with the plan to be the best person I can be for my family, friends, and fellow yogis. Love to you all - Bri; -
#Briohny and I are fortunate enough to now say that we are co-owners of @blackdogyoga with @larry_santiago @amy_melinda and @sigridmatthews! Blackdog is where our teaching journey began and where we got engaged. We're so excited to call Blackdog our home once again! If you haven't ever been to Blackdog, you're missing out. There's an amazing roster of teachers, just waiting to share their love of yoga with you.
