Handstand lift เพิ่งได้เทคนิคใหม่จากครูของแนนเลยอยากมาแชร์ค่ะ การลิฟแบบขาชิดจะใช้คนละเทคนิคกับขากาง วืธีนี้แนนใช้วิธีขึ้นแบบ2จังหวะ. คือ 1.ก้มตัวให้แนบกับหน้าขามากที่สุด งอศอก พร้อมกับเขย่งเท้าให้สูงที่สุด จากนั้น 2 ค่อยๆถ่ายนำ้หนักมาที่แขนและใหล่ แล้วค่อยๆลิฟตัวขึ้น ช่วงนี้ต้องเกร็งท้องด้วยนะคะ. ตอนที่ค่อยๆยืดขาให้ตรงเพื่อเป็นการcontrol ร่างกาย #nan_yogapractice; -
