Healthy lunch by @djpoommenu. วันที่สามกับข้าวกล่องของพี่ @djpoom เรามีปัญหาเรื่องกินจุกกินจิก และชอบอาหารชวนอ้วนทุกชนิด แถมวันๆทำงานไม่เป็นที่ เจออะไรก็กินๆเข้าไปก่อนโดยไม่ได้ใส่ใจเรื่องคุณค่าทางอาหารหรือแคลอรี่ ผลคือออกกำลังให้ตายก็ไม่สามารถลดสัดส่วนให้ได้ lean อย่างที่ต้องการ จะให้ crash diet ก็ไม่สามารถทำได้เพราะสมองต้องคิดอยู่ตลอด แถมชอบออกกำลังกายด้วย ท้องว่างมีหวังเป็นลม หลังจากปรึกษาพี่ภูมิและเจอประโยคเด็ดที่ว่า "You can't out-train a bad diet." คือต่อยมวยไปเหอะ ยังไงร่างก็ไม่กระชับถ้าไม่ดูแลสิ่งที่กิน (โปรดสังเกตว่าเป้าหมายไม่แคร์เรื่องผอมไม่ผอม แต่แคร์เรื่องสละไขมันที่เกาะอยู่ตามที่ต่างๆ เปลี่ยนนางให้กลายเป็นกล้ามเนื้อ และทำยังไงให้ไม่ย้วยมากกว่า) เมื่อได้ยินอย่างนั้นเลยตัดสินใจสั่งอาหารของพี่ภูมิมาลองดู สามวันแล้วที่รู้สึกอิ่มท้องและได้ทานแต่อะไรดีๆ อร่อยๆที่ไม่อมน้ำมัน ไม่ต้องทานแต่ผักหญ้า (สังเกตข้าว!) แถมยังช่วยจัดระเบียบให้ลุกขึ้นมาทานข้าวเช้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แถมยังมีแรงออกกำลังกายได้อย่างที่ต้องการ บอกเลยว่าแชร์เอง ไม่มีค่าจ้างใดๆ อันนี้แชร์เรื่องขั้นตอนการปรับวิถีชีวิตก่อน เดี๋ยวผลเป็นยังไงมาว่ากันเมื่อเวลาผ่านไปโนะ #teamdjpoom; -
