My just woke up morning face. Feels so good to sleep a full 8 hours. I went to bed at 10 pm last night after practicing yoga with 11 girls in my backyard. We are challenging each other to look our best for our next beach trip. I finally got out the Clinique Smart Serum to help me take out the dark little sunspot on my cheeks. Sun damage doesn't look good on a clean face. Let's see if this Serum is really 'Smart'. #CliniqueSmartTH #CliniqueSmart @Cliniquethailand; -

Thunderstorm and turbulence in the sky. ️️ The PG 907 flight was about to land in Bangkok. I was thinking I was definitely going to make my evening yoga class The captain point the planes nose down for landing, the plane shaking and rocking, rain pouring and no visibility from my window. Then as sudden, the plane engine roared and the nose of the plane pushed upward higher into the dark clouds. I held my breathe and prayed that this isn't my end. The shaking and dark clouds lasted until I finally saw I was in the edge of the mainland in the Gulf of Thailand. And half an hour later we landed in Rayong, 200km away from Bangkok. In half on hour my yoga students are suppose to be arriving and I had to cancel class as I wait for the sky to clear in BKK. Moments like this gave me a prospective of what matter and what doesn't in this small existence call life. I am still blessed.; -
Avocado in Chiang Mai were selling at 30 baht/ kilo. I bought some ripe ones and cut up some onions, tomatoes, add some lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper made Guacamole. Dip with some tortilla chips and I'm a happy camper ️; -

Having a lynchee mojito on the beach watching our sunny day turn into stormy rain clouds this afternoon. This will be our last cocktail for the year as I head back to Bangkok tomorrow and Jutima head back with her boys to Atlanta. May just order another round of this yummy drink. It's all good, mojito has lime and peppermint...that's good for you. ; -

Beach girl. This morning I finally put on my new swimwear, felt sand between my toes and got some morning sun on the beach of Chawang. Pure luxury for a girl who lives in Bangkok. It's funny none of my Samui friends don't ever touch the water, they see it everyday. It's nothing special. I'm loving my small little moment in the sun, sand and sea...happy Saturday my city friends ;

Spending time with my sista Jutima and her boys, Sean and Dylan. One of the surest way to feel time just fly by is to see babes I use to carry now turn into a little man. Sean will be turning 10 this Sunday and I am officially called 'Ba Pop'. 😛; -

Morning yoga in the mountain of Samui with the cool sea breeze from last night's storm kissing my face. I awaken to a new day filled with lightness and awareness that today is a beautiful day and I'm enjoying my moment in it.; -
And wash all this down with a Bordeaux from Cháteau Gloria Saint-Julien 2008... Orgasmic to my taste buds. Today indulge, tomorrow workout. @jennynjune;
