Beach girl. This morning I finally put on my new swimwear, felt sand between my toes and got some morning sun on the beach of Chawang. Pure luxury for a girl who lives in Bangkok. It's funny none of my Samui friends don't ever touch the water, they see it everyday. It's nothing special. I'm loving my small little moment in the sun, sand and sea...happy Saturday my city friends ; -

Spending time with my sista Jutima and her boys, Sean and Dylan. One of the surest way to feel time just fly by is to see babes I use to carry now turn into a little man. Sean will be turning 10 this Sunday and I am officially called 'Ba Pop'. 😛; -

Morning yoga in the mountain of Samui with the cool sea breeze from last night's storm kissing my face. I awaken to a new day filled with lightness and awareness that today is a beautiful day and I'm enjoying my moment in it.;

Arriving in Samui, my island home. Use to come here all the time, now it's only a once a year trip. How I miss this crazy lovely 20-year history I have had with the people on this island. Good to be back again. ; -
Gain muscles in my back and solve my back pain. My chiropractor asked me to do that because my sclerosis is causing me to be imbalance. So here I am trying to regain my strength and fight the pain. Be strong. Happy Sunday.;

Our first official workshop with Kru Moo from Lanna Yoga, Chiang Mai. A full 3 hours of adjustment and technic demonstration to go deeper into our asana. Sunday will the second day of our workshop. This is Latté's. This little guy at 10-months has become the Little Prince in my house. His biggest joy is to go for his daily run at least twice a day, 6am and 5 pm. He even knocks on my bedroom exactly at 6 am to take him out. Who know dogs can tell time so preciously.;
