Sitting for the whole flight on an airplane can be the worst thing for you! #ekapadabakasana has always been the most challenging #armbalance in my #practice. It took a daily practice of this pose to get my back leg this high. After my last pregnancy my hip flexors were left so weak that I feel like gumby when I try this pose now. When I get bummed out about what I 'use to look like' or what I 'could do then and can't now'....I try to remind myself that it's the journey that matters, not the destination.; -
