Day 95/100: First cup of coffee in a week! Not that i drink coffee every day anymore but it feels like such a treat today. Could have something to do with wearing something other than pjs & leaving the house for the first time in a week. Back at the hospital to take off my bandages, check my incisions, & monitor my recovery (or so they say, I'm here for the free candy & juice ) Anyway the scars don't look too bad but they seem to have replaced my belly button with someone else's and it's not as cute Doctor swears it'll heal and get "swallowed up" into my natural belly button in a week or two. Fingers crossed. If it doesn't I'm coming back for his (jk no not really that's some creepy Hannibal ish) #100HappyDays; -

Day 94/100: Puppy videos from my beautiful friend Saskia has made my day all kinds of happy Been feeling in a slump today, not healing as quickly as I like but her adorable puppy videos totally put a smile on my face, too cute not to share! Found a nest in one of Mama Starling's gardenia trees on my walk around the garden today. A tiny little nest with two tiny eggs 🌳 I wake up every morning to the sound of bird chirping cheerfully outside my window but this is the first nest I've actually seen ; -
It's been one week since they removed my appendix (feels like a month) & I'm finally back on normal food so I'm giving my green juice a try to see how my system handles it let's hope this goes well cuz I've been missing my magical green potion This will take care of the #EatClean until I can get back to #TrainDirty (still can't get in & out of bed like a normal human );

Day 93/100: More home delivered goodies from @sarahball12 ️ New reads (thanks @nathalie_duc 👭), new tea, & raspberries to help me through another day at home I've officially knit 1 beanie, read 3.5 books, watched about 10+ movies, drafted a bunch of new blog entries, & prepped for a few other side projects At least I'm keeping busy at home! Day 91/100: CareBear @sarahball12 put so many smiles on my face today when she stopped by to visit & hang out for a few hours- plus she brought treats!
