So many adorable handicapped dogs. They had four rooms & two floors of just dogs then another separate room full of cats (I didn't go in since I can be pretty allergic sometimes ) www.home4animals.org; -
Day 54/100: Each month the amazing people at Mama Starling's office get together & pick a charity to support for all the employee birthdays celebrated that month. For May, the charity picked is the Home For Handicapped Animals Foundation. Hundreds of injured, sick, or blind dogs & cats who were either found by the foundation or abandoned by their owners It was so difficult to be around so many sweet animals without playing with them. We donated money for food & medicine & walked around feeding them meatballs & sausages for an hour or so. Their living conditions aren't great but they're being taken care of & fed.... If you'd like to help you should definitely visit: www.home4animals.org or Facebook.com/home4animalsfoundation (02-961-5625) Very few of the animals get adopted but they're always looking for food or money donations (for medicine & surgical procedures). Thankful I had the day off so I could join Mama Starling & her co-workers doing a little good ; -
Proof as promised This was our 3rd set of 10reps before @ptgabe had the great idea of pushing me up to 50kgs (110lbs)- which is basically my body weight I managed 5 slow squats. Maybe someday I'll post that proof too 😬 But for now I'm feeling good at 35-40kgs. #WorkHardPlayHard; -
