@tayastarling : Proof as promised This was our 3rd set of 10reps before @ptgabe had the great idea of pushing me up to 50kgs (110lbs)- which is basically my body weight I managed 5 slow squats. Maybe someday I'll post that proof too 😬 But for now I'm feeling good at 35-40kgs. #WorkHardPlayHard
