My morning class girls. A few have gone away on holiday or busy with work and didn't practice for many months. Returning after a long absence was like starting over. There was a lot of moan of tight muscles. But the they came back because we are more then just yoga, we've become each other's friend and support. Last night I was asked by my buddy @postcoffee to create a new slogan and write it with chalk and blackboard. After 2 glasses of red wine this is what I came out with. I think my 4th grade handwriting teacher would be proud I can still keep a straight line, and create this in a few minutes. I can fly! So much fun learning how to fly board. It's like yoga, it's all about balance... and putting pressure down your ankle and trying not to sit down. Finally test drive the BMW i3 electric car. Charged for 6 hr. from home and this baby can run for 150 kg. Takes getting use to the 'gas' petal that felt like a golf cart, when the right leg is lifted off, the car stops, but when pushed to its limit, this baby runs fast like a sports car. The interior is minimal beautiful and everything inside is recycle wood and carbon fiber. It use a small motorcycle size gas engine to kick start the engine, this means we are almost free from our dependency to gasoline. No wonder why big oil company will not like this. the future looks bright and clean. Old gasoline guzzling car will be come as obsolete as VDO players and Nokia phone. #bmwi3 #electiccar; -

To appreciate is to observe with compassion. Instead of finding faults, loosing your temper and demanding what you want from others in frustration and anger, try being stable, calm and appreciate what others are doing for you. Those who work for you will respect you when you can lead with appreciation. But again, that take a calm mind that can see outside the self. I'm still a work in progress as I train the 20th maid to look after my wheelchair-bound mom, I have to remind myself she's a young teenage girl from the mountain of Burma, who grew up living in a dirty-floor. It takes patience, calmness and clear communication to lead well. And I appreciate she says "good morning" with a smile on her face. #appreciate #iamaworkinprogress; -
Cottage cheese leftover in my fridge, avocado from NZ, a splash of sea salt, flaxseeds for protein, wild honey to hold it together and top it off with crunchy pork spreads. Actually really creamy crunchy sweet, so I add some almond bits and a squirt of balsamic cream and lime. Took less than 5 minutes to create and less than a minute to wolf it down.; -
