To appreciate is to observe with compassion. Instead of finding faults, loosing your temper and demanding what you want from others in frustration and anger, try being stable, calm and appreciate what others are doing for you. Those who work for you will respect you when you can lead with appreciation. But again, that take a calm mind that can see outside the self. I'm still a work in progress as I train the 20th maid to look after my wheelchair-bound mom, I have to remind myself she's a young teenage girl from the mountain of Burma, who grew up living in a dirty-floor. Cottage cheese leftover in my fridge, avocado from NZ, a splash of sea salt, flaxseeds for protein, wild honey to hold it together and top it off with crunchy pork spreads. Actually really creamy crunchy sweet, so I add some almond bits and a squirt of balsamic cream and lime. Took less than 5 minutes to create and less than a minute to wolf it down.;
Omg...this nectar from the heavens is the freshest sweetest tangerine chunks winner of the best OJ I've ever had. one of my student, Emi, Japanese housewife made this and wanted my opinion. Because there is no preservatives, this is made and sold on the same day and had to be drank that day. I don't like concentrated OJ or the one in the can in the supermarket, and I usually don't even drink OJ anymore, too much sugar... But this was not fake OJ, this is the real goodness chuncky natural sweet OJ. I don't know where this is sold, if you see it in Bangkok, try it, it's really fresh. #oj #orangejuice;
Best fusion eats is at Nasi Jumpru... Pig ear salad ( I actually tried it, crunchy and with seafood dressing tangy and spicy) the salad was the Grajeap fruit with chestnut cashew and tomatoes, cheese and green with a light vinegar dressing. Loved every bite. #chiangmaifood #nasijumpru;
