@bryceyoga : I try to write a gratitude list every day (sometimes it's a mental one) and my husband is always on the top of that list. Aside from all of the amazing things he does for our family, I am so grateful that he is constantly sharing his passion for yoga and movement with me. We were recently enlightened by the 'acrobatic handstand' and have had a blast learning and teaching some new alignment points for the shoulder girdle.
