@bryceyoga : Acro yoga has helped Dice and I build trust and better communication. But what @theyogimatt & @chelseykorus taught us this past weekend at @iggetaway went above and beyond any tricky transition we have ever learned. They taught us how to communicate through our bodies which was so powerful for me as I always try to over control the situation. I actually got to FEEL my base move me rather than try to help the movement. Releasing control really helped me gain the confidence to trust my partner. So proud of Dice for changing roles and flying more. I'm sure you parents out there can relate when I say that it's hard to find time for yourself with a couple kiddos running around. Now that baby Syd is 2+ and a bit more independent, we've been finding the time to do the things we enjoy again like hanging at the Acro 'Green' in Santa Monica! Day 3 of @iggetaway was so fun and we got to hang out at the beach together and play! @fitqueenirene has been staying with us for @iggetaway and it has been a true pleasure getting to know her.
