Good morning from our house️where BREAK-Fast IS the most important meal of our day. Ever notice where the word "breakfast" came from? Think about it, after coming out of a 8-hour sleep and slowly waking up our system, we are "breaking" our "fast"... "Stoping" our "fasting: to not eat" that's why it's so important. Mom and I usually have brown rice with a tum-yum soup and some kind of vegetable, today it was asparagus. Lattè, is eating brown rice and pork rib, he liked it so much he had two bowl-full . And to have breakfast outdoor with a cool morning breeze and green shade while the birds are singing (but not pooping on our head😑), is a great way to start the day. Also feel blessed with two helpers: Fah & Kow to make sure everyone in our house is full. #goodmorning #goodfoodgoodlife #sammakornvillage; -
