Good morning from our house️where BREAK-Fast IS the most important meal of our day. Ever notice where the word "breakfast" came from? Think about it, after coming out of a 8-hour sleep and slowly waking up our system, we are "breaking" our "fast"... "Stoping" our "fasting: to not eat" that's why it's so important. Mom and I usually have brown rice with a tum-yum soup and some kind of vegetable, today it was asparagus. Lattè, is eating brown rice and pork rib, he liked it so much he had two bowl-full . And to have breakfast outdoor with a cool morning breeze and green shade while the birds are singing (but not pooping on our head😑), is a great way to start the day. They finally added stairs to my brother's room. So up I went to check out the view. The balcony from the other side is my future bedroom. The foundation at the bottom is the future yoga sala. Tomorrow is my Bro's 42nd birthday. Today I made him a salad with bits of tomatoes, carrot, almonds, cranberries and crispy bacon and drizzle freshly shaved Parmesan cheese and sprinkle roasted sesame dressing. My friend Andy's franchise Cafe De Museum signature menu of Taro Milk and young coconut cake at his coffee shop next to the Three King Monument. He told me he's sold more than 1000 pieces of this cake every month and that the Taro Milk has been a huge hit for those who wanted something other than coffee. Sweet aroma of taro in a Lattè milk taste... Very Smooth and lightly sweet.;
