Our 3rd annual 200hr in Koh Samui, Thailand is coming to an end in the next few days. We are so thankful to all of the yogis who have spent the past 26 days sweating, learning, and transforming with us. We have all gotten so close. Close enough to share laughter, tears, and even farts in the yoga room! Obviously, it wasn't me ️ The end of something is always the beginning of something else so, although we are sad and will be missing everyone, especially @theemptybucket and Jackie, we are super excited for @IGgetaway in LA this August!!; -
