Ginny's @pawposting box arrived today, and this heart toy was one of the surprises inside -- thank you so much @pawposting! Ginny loves this new toy, she's been carrying it around the house and refusing to share it with anyone. ; -
For once Ginny hasn't spent the entire weekend just sleeping, she also ate a lot and chased a lot of pigeons this weekend too ; -

"BUSTER UPDATE: We wanted to give everyone an update on little Buster. Unfortunately, the original pin in his leg did not take and he had to be rushed to our vet over the weekend. The original pin had to be replaced and, so far, so good, but he is obviously in a lot of pain and in need of a lot of healing. He is being kept in the hospital on good meds and under close observation this week. We are still working on getting invoices to post (including vet information if you would like to donate directly), but we are continuing to accrue costs and are now pushing $2,000. We have created a YouCaring fundraiser to help recover some of these very-unexpected expenses, especially for our volunteer who rescued him from traffic and paid out of pocket. Just as we were about to go walking in Ginny's favourite field it started raining, so Ginny decided to be super brave and refuse to leave the car until the rain stopped This is her on weather/pigeon watch from the comfort of the car.;
