I try to write a gratitude list every day (sometimes it's a mental one) and my husband is always on the top of that list. Aside from all of the amazing things he does for our family, I am so grateful that he is constantly sharing his passion for yoga and movement with me. We were recently enlightened by the 'acrobatic handstand' and have had a blast learning and teaching some new alignment points for the shoulder girdle. Earlier this year we became part owners of our favorite studio in La, @blackdogyoga. What can I say? Our baby girl is growing up. Yesterday she decided to take it upon herself to help her brother go "potty" We didn't ask her...she just stepped up as the older sibling and helped Syd when he needed it. Both Bri and I feel so honored and lucky to call this beautiful, thoughtful, and intelligent human being our #daughter.
