เห็นหลายๆคน comment เเล้ว ผมให้ความรู้เป็นวิทยาทานครับ : TRUFFLE คือ เห็ดชนิดนึง ซึ่ง เกิดขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติ ปลูกไม่ได้ เเละอยู่ใต้ดิน ใช้ หมู หรือ หมา (ที่ถูกฝึกตั้งเเต่เด็ก) หาเท่านั้น ครับ เเละที่คนเคยทานเค้า comment อู้ หู ว้าว OMG ! เนี่ยก็เพราะ มันหอมจัดมากๆ เเละราคาสูงมาก ราคาตั้งเเต่ 1000-3000 ต่อลูก ที่เห็น เป็น ทรัฟเฟิลดำ เเละถ้าเป็น white alba truffle หรือ ทรัฟเฟิลขาว ราคาจะขึ้นเป็น 10 หรือเเม้เเต่ 100 เท่า เเละมีเเค่ ช่วง พฤษจิกายน - ต้น มกราคม คนที่ยังไม่รู้ ไม่เคยลอง ไม่ผิด ไป search เอา เพราะความรู้ไม่มีคำว่าไม่ดีครับ; -
First time trying Bresse Chicken ( finally ! ) but with all these truffle ? I wouldn't mind If there is no chicken in the dish truffle sauce truffle mash potato;
