This li’l lady is also super-duper affectionate and can’t wait to find her forever person to dote on! Bella is so full of life, that her foster mom calls her “Bella Marie Sparkle Pants!” How cute! Bella gets along well with other small dogs, but she has a tendency to chase cats and small animals she sees when playing outside (like squirrels) so she needs an adopter who will be aware.
