@artiwara : ...FTP Test @thanyapuraphuket this morning...after yesterday morning 40k bike,8k run,1.30hrs of swimming session in the afternoon and end up my long day with 1.30hrs of friendly football match with Thanyapura staffs!!!plus, i had to skip my dinner and water for blood testing in the early morning,I think you guys can imagine what the result of my test today!!??5555..anyway thank you @halim38 for this pic and one banana before the test ;) you just saved my life!!!
