@lee_natalie : This happened after half day used with very good weather conditions in France and Hermes said its not there fault it cannot consider as being defective!? They won't do anything for me my choice that they give is 1. To pay €298 to clean and they don't guarantee the results or 2. Go get it back from the shop I left it at in Paris @sauthermes @hermes oh my gosh cant believe Hermes pay no responsibility at all! เห็นเราเป็นเอเชียไม่ใช่คนฟรั่งเศษเลยไม่รับผิดชอบใช่มั้ยดูถูกกันเกินไปแล้ว ใช้ครึ่งวันอย่างระวังไม่โดนนำ้หรืออะไรทั้งสิ้นแต่กระเป๋าเป็นแบบนี้ทางร้านบอกไม่ใช่ความผิดของเค้า สุดยอดอ่ะ please be responsibility for your cusmomer!
