@prayalundberg : Before I head off to yoga, I have my usual protein shake: Blueberries, Strawberries, A scoop of protein and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Also, I can't get enough of my mid-day snack dried goji berries, blueberries, raw almonds and a banana ️ all set ️
