บางครั้งเวลาถ่ายละครเราอาจไม่มีสถานที่เหรออุปกรณ์ทำอาหารสุขภาพที่กองถ่ายแต่ก็ต้องพยายามค่ะ สุขภาพเป็นเรี่องที่สำคัญค่ะ when I'm on set sometimes locations like hospitals there is no area for me or even much time for me to prepare anything. I will bring some healthy salads and snacks to keep me going. My health is so important to me. I know my girls @tayastarling @sarahball12 do the same thing! ; -
