High bar squat:
- Place the bar on the trapezius - Full squat 40-45 degrees, top of thighs are position so they are below parallel when compare to the floor
- Toes out and hips between the heels
- Thigh and foot should be parallel with each other when viewed from above
- Knees should be approximately above the toes when viewed from the front of the foot
- Center of mass over the foot
- Knees track past the toes
