In honor of #WorldWaterDay I'd like to introduce you guys to a good friend of mine, Cody Barker aka @theamerican. Here's what you need to know about him: he is one of the sweetest, most genuine, kind hearted people I know and he (for all the years I've known him) has been dedicating his time to helping to bring clean water to those in need. Right now he is in Haiti working with @_let_it_flow to fix wells & provide the local communities with clean water- a luxury that so many of us take for granted. I encourage you all to follow his journey & find ways to help whether locally or through people like him Because the world needs access to clean water as badly as we need more people like my friend Cody, the #ChiefWaterGiver; -

Since I've been eating vegetarian the past month & a half or so I've been preparing my own meals to set to make sure I'm eating super clean & healthy Today for lunch I brought cold green tea soba noodles tossed in a spicy yuzu sauce with blanched broccoli, edamame & carrots, boiled quail eggs, and topped with toasted sesame & hemp seed. Cold meals are actually perfect when we're working on hot days like today ️ #EatCleanTrainDirty #FatGirlAtHeart #SetLife ; -
