#mollard review : have to say the truth : bad point and good point ... Let's review the good first beautiful restaurant : ordered the cold crab & shrimp as pre starters both are very good ! After we order the set 33 euro ... Had the escargot not bad ... Not wow ... Then we order the maincourse I had the duck confit which is ok but NOT good just OK ... My GF ordered steak medium rare ... It came almost well-done ... After we ask the waiters ( whom before was actually really nice ) we said we ordered medium rare ... He said in FRANCE we only have BLU , Medium , Medium well & well 😑 The question is ... 1 . Y did u accept the order in the first place ? 2 . Do u think this is our first meal in France ??? 3 Are u saying that all french chef other than your place don't know HOW to COOK a medium rare steak ??? Please I invite all of u to go to Thailand where steak should not be our specialty ... To @thebar_therestaurant and I will show u what MEDIUM RARE is !!!
