@susiroo : Post workout vanilla coconut protein shake 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 sml banana, fresh coconut meat from 1/2 sml coconut, water and ice! Blend it all together, add a dash of cinnamon powder on top and walaaaaa YUMMMM
