เมื่อคืนจัด @thebar_therestaurant caviar tasting กันไป 3 ชนิด : Oscietra Prestige , Oscietra Golden ( wild caviar ) & Beluga Caviar อร่อยมากกกก; -
เเนะนำ วิธีทาน caviar ที่ถูกต้อง นะครับ : 1. Caviar มีหลายเกรดมาก ตามธรรมดาเเล้วจะเริ่มต้น กระปุกละ หลายพันขึ้นไป... ถ้าถูกกว่านี้ ไม่ใช่ caviar จริง ( เป็น lump fish caviar กระปุกละ 350 ตาม super ) 2. ต้องไม่เคยเเช่เเข็ง ( ใครโชคดีมีคนซื้อมาฝาก ต้องเก็บเย็นตลอดเวลา อุณหภูมิตู้เย็น ถ้าใครพลาดเคยใส่ freezer ไปเเล้ว อย่ากิน ) 3 caviar ยิ่งเกรดเเพงจะเค็มน้อย สีจะอ่อนกว่าทานเปล่าได้ ดื่มคู่กับ champagne หรือ vodka เท่านั้น , ทานคู่กับ blini ( ที่คล้ายๆ pancake เล็กๆ ) ส่วนใน airport หรืิอที่ๆเค้าให้ toast ทานได้ เเต่เพราะมันทำ blinis ไม่เป็น . ถ้ากิน ของดี เเค่ blinis , creme fresh ( เพื่อลดความเค็ม ) เเละ caviar เท่านั้น ... เเต่ถ้าชอบ condiment ใส่ไป เเต่ควรสั่งเกรด เกรด กลางๆ Baeri ( 3900 ) เท่านั้น ส่วน Oscietra ( 5900 ) Beluga อย่าสั่ง เเล้วมาใส่หอมเเดง , chive ... เสียดายของครับ @thebar_therestaurant; -
