Ok this was salmon skin and dip... I don't normally like salmon skin but it was amazing! I also wanted to lick that dip bowl clean!!!; -

Fluke fish sashimi in pickled vinegrette... The balance of that with the garnishes were just perfect!!! Really!!! Perfect!!!! ; -
Lobster with strawberries and cherry tomatoes yums!!! 😛; -
He pulled the prawns out of the salt and rosemary. The rosemary smell was just outstanding!!! ; -
Prawns were amazing ; -
