Wanna say Happy Birthday to my best buddy @golf_ch !! ใครพออยากใด้เงินประมาณ 25ล้านบาทก็ลองอ่านดูคร่าวๆก่อนนะครับ เผื่อช่วยกันใด้ ตามที่บอกไปในรูป 4-5 วันที่แล้ว ช่วงนี้ผมใด้มีโอกาศไปดูที่ของครอบครัวผมมาครับ(ของเหล่าคุณย่าผม) เป็นที่ดินแปลงใหญ่ ประมาณ 600ไร่ ห่างจากสนามบินสุวรรนภูมิแค่ 4-5กม ห่างจากใจกลางเมือง(ทองหล่อซอย1) แค่ 25กม (ตามการคำนวนของ Google Map) ราคาอยู่ไร่ละ 3ล้านบาท รวมทั้งหมดประมาณ 1,800ล้านบาท ใครพอรู้จักผู้ใหญ่หรือนักลงทุนท่านใดที่อาจจะสนใจ ถ้าตกลงกันใด้ ผมจะแบ่งค่าคอมให้ครึ่งนึง (คอม 3% ของ 1800ล้าน เท่ากับ 54ล้านบาท เราแบ่งกันก็จะใด้คนละ ประมาณ 27ล้านบาทก่อนภาษี แต่บอก 25ล้านไปก่อนเผื่อมีการต่อลองราคาแปลงที่) ที่ดินแปลงนี่แทบจะเป็นแปลงสุดท้ายแล้วที่เหลืออยู่ริมเมืองและมีขนาดใหญ่เท่านี้ พื้นที่เป็นพื้นที่สีเขียวครับ หมายความว่า ทำใด้แต่หมูบ้านจัดสรร ระดับ High end ที่มีพื้นที่ 100 ตรว ขึ้นไป เช่น Lake Side Villa หรือ Prime Nature Villa ครับ ตรงนี้ถ้าทางราชการหรือผู้ใหญ่ที่มีเส้นสายทางการเมืองซื้อไป ก็อาจเปลี่ยนใด้สีกลับมาใด้ครับ ต้องขอโทษด้วยที่ไม่ใด้แจ้งเรื่องสีก่อนหน้านี้ ผมเองก็เพิ่งทราบ ลองไปดูใน Google Map ก่อนใด้ครับ ดูแบบภาพจิง search "วัดสุทธาโภชน์" ที่ดินของวัดนี้บางส่วนคุณปู่ผมเป็นยกให้วัดเอง ส่วนแปลงใหญ่ข้างๆและข้างหลังทั้งหมดก็คือแปลงที่จะขายครับ เอกสารถูกต้องทั้งหมดมีครบ เข้าไปดูรายละเอียดทั้งหมดใด้ใน Facebook "Djpoom Land" หรือ search เอาตาม email djpoom955@hotmail.com ก็ใด้ครับ ใครมีคำถามอะไร ก็เชิญ Inbox มาทาง FB หรือ email มาใด้เลย ถ้าพอรู้จักใครก็ TAH IG เค้าเข้ามาเลย หรือลองคุยๆดูกับผู้ใหญ่ที่บ้านเผื่อท่านจะมี Connection สู้ๆนะครับ ขอบคุณครับที่ช่วยกัน 😎; -
