เราใช้ขาเป็ดนำเข้าจากฝรั่งเศสเเท้ ไม่ได้สั่งจากตลาดคลองเตยเเล้วมาเขียนในเมนูว่า French duck leg . ต้องลองทานดูครับว่าต่างยังไง ? ผมคิดว่าเป็ดนอก นุ่มเเละ อ้วนกว่า ไขมันเยอะกว่า เพราะอากาศหนาวกว่า เวลาสุกเเล้วไขมันที่เคยเเทรกอยู่ละลาย ซึมเข้าไปในเนื้อ ทำให้เนื้อนุ่มเเละหอมกว่าเป็ดคลองเตยมาก เเต่ถ้าใครลองเเล้ว ยังไม่ต่าง ดีใจด้วย ลิ้นยังไม่เยอะ ประหยัดเงินได้บานนนน ( ต้องเลือกสั่งเมนูนี้ที่ร้านอื่น ) เพราะเป็ดจาก คลองเตยทุนถูกกว่า 5-7 เท่า ! ดังนั้น ที่ๆใช้ คลองเตย duck น่าจะถูกมาก ที่นี่ราคาเเค่ 990++ french duck leg !
