Good Morning World... Saying hi to all my crazy followers... All the boys & girls in #teamdjpoom and my fellow athletes in #teamventura ! Must apologize to some for having vanished from the groups over the last couple of weeks especially to my coach @omarv33 ! Been sort of back on the bulking program through lack of discipline ... The Beach break over the weekend was like a Nuclear attack on my waist line and it was a reality slap to the face on how easy it is to slip and destroy what you've worked so hard for just over night. Good job I still have many support from my gang in #teamdjpoom and a great Coach @omarv33 who keeps telling me to send him pictures even though I've been avoiding through some self felt shame. Well... There's three more weeks left before my target date of the Thai water festival April12... There will be no more excuses... I'll keep updating my progress on a daily basis from now and promise to be more active in the groups. With love... Your DJ อรุณสวัสดิ์จ้าทุกๆคน! ต้องขอโทษเพื่อนๆพี่น้องใน #teamdjpoom ด้วยนะที่ช่วงหลังๆนี้หายตัวไปเป็นนินจา ยอมรับครับว่าขาดวินัย ไกรบุตร แปลงร่างเป็นหมูป่าไปอยู่ช่วงนึงเลยละอายใจ มิกล้าแก้ผ้าโชว์เซ็กซี่(หรือเซ็กเสื่อม)เหมือนที่แล้วๆมา แต่ก็เป็นบทเรียนที่ดีครับ ทำให้รู้ว่าถ้าเราขาดวิใน ทุกอย่างที่เหนื่อยมามันสามารถที่จะพังทะลายลงใด้พายในพริบตา ยังดีที่มีกำลังใจ และแรงบันดาลใจดีๆจากน้องๆใน #teamdjpoom ... ตอนนี้เหลือเวลาอีกแค่ 3 อาทิตก่อนวันสงกราน ก็จะขอสันยากับเพื่อนๆแล้วก็สันยากับตัวเองว่าจะกลับมา Active ใน #teamdjpoom ให้มากขึ้นเหมือนแต่ก่อนแล้วก็จะ Update การพัฒนาการให้ดูทุกๆวันนะคร๊าปปปป!! ทุกคนก็สู้ๆด้วยนะะะ!! ใครตั้งใจสุดเดี๋ยวจะเอาบัตรเข้างาน สงกรานภูมิเพรชจ้ามาแจกให้ฟรีๆในกลุ่มสัก 100ใบ!! บ่องก่งๆ รักนะเตงงงงง ; -
