This is what I eat EVERY Morning... Oat Meal, Protein and big glass of Water... Reality is never quite so fancy... But this is my behind the scene or "In the making" picture I guess... Wait till I shoot my Pool side show this afternoon... That's when the spot light shines and make these boring meals worth eating ผมลงรูปอาหารอร่อยๆแทบทุกวัน แต่ในความเป็นจิงแล้ว นี่คือสิ่งที่ผมกิน"ทุกเช้า!" โอ๊ตมีล โปรตีน น้ำเปล่าแก้วโตๆชีวิตจิงมันอาจไม่ใด้สวยหรูอย่างที่เราคิดหรือต้องการ แต่ผมแค่มองว่านี่คือชีวิตหลังฉากของของเรา เดี๋ยววันนี้มีถ่ายรายการริมสระน้ำ/เดือนหน้าไปเที่ยวทะเล/ เมษามีงานสงกราน แล้วช่วงเวลาหน้าฉากสั้นๆแค่นี้ บางทีก็ทำให้เรารู้สึกว่า สิ่งที่ทำมันก็คุ้มนะ แถมสุขภาพเราก็ดีด้วย... อย่างที่เคยเขียนไปครับ การให้ชีวิตให้ดีมันไม่ใด้ง่าย แต่อย่าท้อ เพราะส่วนใหญ่แล้วเราชอบเอาชีวิตหลังฉากของเราไปเปรียบเทียบกับชีวิตหน้าฉากของคนอืน อดทนหน่อย สู้ไปเลื่อยๆ แล้วพอถึงเวลาของเรา ทุกอย่างมันก็จะทำไห้คุณรู้เองแหละว่าคุ้มค่าแค่ไหน สู้ๆครับ #djpoomphilosophy #teamdjpoom; -
