@susiroo : EAT CLEAN - TRAIN MEAN 4th week: 100 sit ups per day + at least 1 hour work out everyday. I feel fit,tight&fantastic! Finally burnt all my belly fat of around 2 kgs ~ down 1inch circumference and regaining abdominals. 8 more weeks to go and my target is a solid 6 pack. Go hard or go home
