One of the reasons I've been more consumed with Dieting and Working out lately is because I've been welcomed into #teamventura under the guidance of Coach @omarv33 . My goal is to take my body to a level it has never been before before the Thai water festival on April 13. Now through his routine I've also been inspired to inspire my Thai followers to change for the better too. To get healthier and use this social media to help encourage, inspire and build a new healthy online community here in Thailand. So thank you coach @omarv33 again for inspiring me to inspire. And although I can't promise to stick to your routine 100% but I can promise that I'll try my BEST !! หนึ่งในเหตุผลที่ช่วงนี้ผมอินกับเรื่องการออกกำลังกายมาก เพราะว่าผมเพิ่งสมัคเข้าทีม #teamventura ซึ่งมีโคชระดับโลก @omarv33 คอยชี้แนะนักกีฬาจากทั่วโลกอยู่ พอใด้เข้ามาอยู่ในสังคมและโลกของพวกเค้าแล้วก็เลยรู้ว่า ถ้าเราลุยของเราอยู่คนเดี่ยวมันจะเหงา ยาก แล้วก็ท้อใด้ แต่ถ้าเราสร้างสังคมของเราขึ้นมาเอง ลงรูปความพยายาม การเปลี่ยนแปลง อาหารดีๆที่อยากแนะนำ ข้อความที่ให้กำลังใจและแรงบันดาลใจ มันคงจะมีประโยทไม่น้อย มีอะไรก็ ถามมา แชร์มา แล้วก็ชี้แนะกันมาใด้ที่ #teamdjpoom นะครับ ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ไม่ต้องสมัค ข้อแค่ช่วยๆกันให้กำลังใจกันและกันเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีขึ้น ; -
