Post your pictures up in #teamdjpoom Thanx coach @omarv33 for the inspiration to inspire. ทุกคนอยากมีหุ่นที่ดี สุขภาพที่แข็งแรง แต่ในเวลาเดี่ยวกันเราก็รักในการกิน สนุกกับการสังสรรค์... แต่ในความเป็นจิงแล้ว 2 เรื่องนี้มันไปด้วยกันไม่ใด้... ชีวิตเราๆต้องกำหนดเอง... ตอนนี้ผมเพิ่งจ้างเทรนเนอใหม่จากอเมริกามา... จะลองโปรแกรมการออกกำลังกายใหม่ การกินแบบใหม่เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน งบเหล้า(เกือบ555)หมด ผมจะคอยลงรูปการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ดูเลื่อยๆ ใครอยากเปลี่ยนแปลงตนในปีใหม่นี้ก็ลงรูปมาที่ #teamdjpoom เรามาให้กำลังใจและคำปรึกษากัน
