@tayastarling : There's a temple sponsored boarding school about 2 hrs outside of bangkok that I started sort of helping out after they were basically wrecked by the floods last year (its on a river near one of the dams that burst so they lost everything & had to evacuate the kids). Last year I brought donations back & we helped build them a new bathroom building & treated the kids to lunch & treats. Today I got to visit them again & we brought all 270+ kids new backpacks & school supplies, toys & sports equipment & made them lunch. The kids are so cute & polite - the politest most helpful shy kids you'd ever meet. I seriously wish I had the money to rebuild the whole school. Thank you to everyone who helped me out today na ka between donations, contribution, & time! It means the world to me & I know the kids were so happy!
