@joyvaraluk : Inversion afternoon! We spend today afternoon learned about inversion variations and learned using all kind of props to support the postures. It took me a long time to overcome my fear to #trust my hands as the foundation. I knew then it was in my head than my strength. Even though the challenge keeps changing but we just have to be consistent to master it little by little everyday. Success will come!
