แปลกนะ ตอนงานยุ่งๆ ต้องจัดรายการวิทยุทุกวัน กลับผอมเพราะไม่มีเวลา ไปเมาไปเที่ยว แต่พอโตขึ้น ไม่ต้องข้องานมาก มีเวลามากขึ้นกลับสุขภาพแย่ลง... มันทำให้ผมรู้ว่า ยิ่งถ้ามี ศักยภาพ หรือทรัพยากรมากขึ้น เช่นเงินและเวลา... เราต้องเพิ่มวินัยให้มากขึ้น(อีกมากๆ) ด้วยเช่นกัน ไม่อย่างนั้น โอกาสที่เราจะเอาเงินและเวลามาทำร้ายตัวเองนั้นสูงกว่าที่เราจะเอามาดูแลตัวเองมาก ;
