@mintsworld : This is what we call service! Went into this store to ask for a particular pair of loafers. After several attempts, I was told to come back tomorrow as they didn't have it in stock and the store was closing for the day. I said too bad coz I was leaving town first thing tomorrow morning. 20 mins later as I was walking back to the hotel, there was a tap on the shoulder and said "Ma'am..will u spare a minute?
