@junesawitri : My favorite is this dish though not very photogenic but so good love the soft Iwate cheese that comes from the north of Japan and the marinated fish roe. Liked 8 out of their 11 dishes ... It was fun to watch all the dishes being prepared in the open kitchen. @restaurant_florilege
