@pop_areeya : Sunday morning meditation before class. Today we had 11 students, one small family with a 13-year-old daughter who brought her parents with her to class. Mom and Dad have never exercise before and I tried to give them a gentle class, but still try to be challenging for the advance students. A mix class with different level called for more compassion for the new students. What I discover is to just go slower, it becomes more challenging for even the advance students...and on a lazy Sunday with the warm sun overhead, with our deep long exhale, we are learning to slow our thoughts, with our breathe and movement...with each breathe we become more present. #sammakornvillage #yogabypop #meditation #morningmeditation #slowdown #bepresent
