All my condolences to those who lost their loved ones. ตอนนี้บางคนกำลังรู้สึกโกรธเกี่ยวกับโศกนาฏกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น บางคนกำลังรู้สึกกลัวเกี่ยวกับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน บางคนก็รู้สึกขยะแขยงไปกับข้อความรุนแรงต่างๆเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์นี้ มีบางคนที่อาจจะรู้สึกเศร้า ค่อนไปทางหดหู่ด้วยซ้ำ ไม่ว่าคุณกำลังรู้สึกยังไง ตราบใดที่ตื่นมาหายใจ ชีวิตก็ไปต่อ ตอนนี้คงทำได้แต่พยายาม ระแวดระวังตัวให้มากขึ้น ตามข่าวอย่างใช้สติ อย่ากระจายข่าวลือเด็ดขาด มันยากที่จะรู้สึกมีความสุขตอนนี้ แต่เราต้องไม่ท้อแท้สิ้นหวัง ขอแสดงความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งกับทุกคนที่สูญเสียค่ะ #staystrongthailand Thailand
