@fozzcook : Friends, I don't know how to express my awe and gratitude to this amazing dog loving community. I was so overwhelmed and humbled by the outpouring of love for our sweet beautiful Paddington Bear. I have been at a loss for words. I want you to know I read each and every comment and with each one I was filled with such love and gratitude for your IG friendships. It has been as sad week indeed and he is missed incredibly. We all feel his absence especially Cricket and Noodle. They have lost their buddy and that has been hard. Each day that passes will get easier but we will never forget this gorgeous soul I am sorry that I didn't answer anyone back but please know that each kind and loving message was received loud and clear. And I truly can't thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts One of the comments said this.... It came to me that every time I loose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them, and every new dog that comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough all the components of my heart will be a dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are. Thanks Cathaliee ️

It is with a sad and heavy heart that I tell you of our beloved and beautiful Paddington Bear passed away on Monday. We are in shock and devastated by his unexpected passing..to say that we are sad doesn't do it justice. He was surround by the whole family at the hospital when he took his last breath. We were telling him the whole time how special and how loved he is and at that our youngest son leaned in and lifted his ear up and whispered into his ear "You know, you were always my favorite and I will always love you" and with that he slipped away to the other side..... He was our guardian, our teddy bear and most importantly our friend. I have been so upset and devastated by this and anyone who has gone through a loss knows that feeling and I wanted to share something my dear friend Laura said to me that bought comfort to me.... She said Chris, If you knew and felt the love that surrounds them on the other side you would never question whether they are ok. They can live in the memory of us at anytime and rest in our love and essence. We worry about them but we worry because we are feeling that out of our sadness and loneliness for them. Oh how we miss them....And it feels like they are just gone. But I assure you. I take comfort in them being just a thought or a breathe away. 🏻;
