Yep. I am always scared before I do the deadlifts. I think I am scared of how bad its going to hurt or if I won't be able to do it. My trick is just getting thru 2 lifts at a time and always workout with a trainer if you are a beginner to be sure your lifting posture is correct. #letsbefitandhappyatthesametime; -
